“I’m still a Pirate and I can’t deny it.”

Hey Pirates! Back in the day, you knew me as Gary Branscum (changed my name for show biz). After graduation, I went to LA and toured on the West Coast before returning home to attend St. Gregory’s University. Then, it was off to OU where I was “discovered” by CBS News and spent several years as a reporter and anchor. Later, I transitioned into the advertising agency business and worked as a copywriter, broadcast producer and creative director on accounts like McDonald’s and 7-Eleven. I wrote tons of jingles that you’ve probably heard. I also started a film & video production company specializing in music videos – before focusing on original songwriting and music scoring, which I have been doing for the past 20 years. I never got rich or (very) famous. But I’m still here. And…“I’m still a Pirate.” Take care. –Raeyn
